An Erasmus Mundus Joint Master is a whole Master's degree taught by at least 3 universities in at least 3 countries. The best-ranked applicants from anywhere in the world get a scholarship of 1,400 euros a month and pay no tuition fees. Applications usually open between October and January.
If a whole semester abroad is not for you, ask about blended intensive programmes: short courses organised together by at least 3 universities from at least 3 countries.
Doctoral candidates can go abroad for short periods of 5 to 30 days (for example to a lab, an archive or a summer school) or for 2 to 12 months.
