Greece 2023/24 - values of student grants

Student grants

Direct support in Greece comes as scholarships, which are awarded only exceptionally: for academic or extracurricular achievement, for proven financial need or on other criteria.

There is also a housing allowance of EUR 1,500 a year, paid to the parents of first-cycle students who study away from their permanent home. It depends on economic criteria and academic performance, and students working towards a second degree or a postgraduate title cannot get it.
